What is the UQ Reportal?

The UQ Reportal enables access to UQ corporate data through published standard reports and allows users to create their own queries for ad hoc data requirements.

What information is available on the UQ Reportal?

The Business Intelligence team manage the development and provision of a wide range of data collections. These collections are made up of data sourced from key corporate administrative systems (e.g. SiNet, UniFi, Aurion) and external sources (e.g QTAC, Department of Education). In collaboration with data owners, the BI team have developed a large suite of standard reports and provides access to online training sessions in order to empower users to be able to access and analyse data via the UQ Reportal. These standard reports all contain a number of filters that allow users to interact with the data, with staff given access to save the reports to their favourites folder and customise as required. Staff in roles with an analytical or reporting function can also build their own reports.

If you are interested in learning more about what reports are available, a good place to start would be the Key Areas and Reports page on the PBI website.

More information about the different data collections that are available can be found here.
